Our Chef

Executive Chef Laurent Dubois brings over two decades of culinary expertise to Élysée. Born and trained in Lyon, France's gastronomic capital, Chef Dubois honed his craft under three-Michelin-starred chefs before bringing his vision to North America.

His approach is defined by technical precision, respect for ingredients, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Each dish is a balance of texture, temperature, and flavor, designed to surprise and delight.
